Yerba Mate

This organic Maté tea is grown in Argentina and is a great stimulant as it contains caffeine. Rich in vitamins and minerals.

How to Prepare	Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per cup (8oz of water). Boil water and steep for about 5 minutes. If stronger flavor is desired, simply add more tea.
