I figured that this would be a perfect gift to a family friend that could use some relaxation in their life, but I had to sneak a little out of curiosity to if the claims were true or if the woman was just trying to make a sale on me...
Nope, she was right. It doesn't hit you immediately, but it is an effect similar to chamomile, but I felt like I was ready for bed at 9pm. This isn't a regular tea to consume, especially before you're starting the day!
