| How to Prepare | Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (8oz of water). Heat water to 200 degrees and steep for about 2-4 minutes. Remember to take out the tea on time, as white tea tends to get bitter if left for too long in hot water. |

I purchased 3 ounces for $28 at Miss Tea's booth at the Christmas Market at Bryant park. On my income, it's really hard to justify myself spending that much on fine tea, but this tea is truly delicious, and I believe the company supports fair trade, which makes me feel better about the purchase. The flavor balance between the tea, coconut and chocolate is perfect, and with a small amount of honey and milk, it brings it out even more. Silky, exotic, warm and exquisite. I fell in love with this tea when I was in NY. I ordered it again from another company and it was not the same! I came back to Miss Tea, what a difference!
